I Start On Mondays

For years I have had my weigh in day on Mondays. I also almost always “start over” on Mondays.

This past Monday I stepped on the scale to assess the damage (ugh) and sucked it up and tried to work on getting some control of what I’m eating.

Each day it’s getting easier and closer to my “normal” weight-control diet.

This guy is super-motivating : I want him to have a healthy, active mom, and I’m starting parenthood quite late in life, so I need to do all I can to be around for him for a long time.
