Summer foods

I love summer foods, and the best part about them is that they are almost all healthy.

Watermelon

Berries of all types

Tomatoes

Basil

Peppers

Cucumbers

Peaches

Necatarines

Apricots

Cherries

Eggplant

Radishes

I’ve been enjoying all these and more, and making lots of salads and veggie dishes, some smoothies (peaches galore!) etc.

I really think these kinds of foods in abundance helps us to eat better and stay on track.
