The Daily Brainstorm

August 1, 2010

I was recently invited to join The Daily Brainstorm, which is a great honor and incredible opportunity for me to try to continue to spread my personal weight loss philosophy of “low stress” weight loss.

The Daily Brainstorm is an aggregate blog, they are targeting it to be “A Blogazine to Rock Your mind”.

The Daily Brainstorm

“What’s an aggregate blog,” you might ask. It’s a blog that feeds in posts from a variety of other blogs, serving you up posts from a variety of writers on a variety of topics. You don’t have to do the blog hopping and shopping. It’s all in one great place.

So what makes The Daily Brainstorm different? Lots of great stuff.

1. It’s a magazine wrapped in a blog.

It’s like having Time, People, Real Simple, Fitness, Forbes, Travel & Leisure, Bon Appetit, Body & Soul, Psychology Today, Money, Home & Garden, and Discovery — all quite handy on one site, just one click away. Great articles on your favorite topics without having to troll the Internet for hours.

2. It’s the best of the blogosphere.

There are several blogs that i’ve read regularly for a while now, and many more that i am discovering  You can’t go wrong with Leo Babauta’s Zen Habits; Gretchen Rubin’s Happiness Project,  Mary Jaksch’s Goodlife Zen.  There are so many more — over 40 fantastic blogs.

3. It’s edgy and erudite up-and-comers.

Some of the new stars of the blogosphere are emerging on The Daily Brainstorm, and you’ll be there to watch them rise. Look out for Katie Tallo of Momentum Gathering; Lisa of Privilege; Jeff Nickles of My Super-Charged Life; Jean Sarauer of Virgin Blogger Notes; Karol Gajda of Ridiculously Extraordinary; Angela Artemis of Powered by Intuition; and Arvind Devalia of Make It Happen.  (and yes, Low Stress Weight Loss)

4. It will help you rock your life.

The Daily Brainstorm is a place where compelling ideas mingle, where the best and the brightest gather, and where readers are inspired in a multitude of ways to live bigger, bolder and happier lives. It’s all about giving you what you want and what you love to read, with practical strategies, inspiration, a bit of controversy, and mind-rocking information.

If you check it out, let me know what you think!
