Weight Loss Plan for the Week of January 10th

I’m back & focused! Well, as focused as I think I’m likely to be for the rest of 2011 anyway.  My mind is constantly filled with babythoughts which makes it hard to work, hard to get things done, hard to read, hard to do a lot of stuff.  But one thing for sure – it won’t be EASIER to lose weight once the baby gets here, so this is my window to make some progress.  It’s also important to my self image, my sense of who I want to be, and my distant memory of how I feel best.

This week :

1) Eat very well and track calories at least 2 days

2) Exercise at least 3 times this week

3) Blog one other time this week
